RR Issue: Conrail Canada Division Track Chart - 1979
39 pages, early large format edition
1979 Northern Region, Canada Division
Former New York Central line in Canada
Conrail’s line from Buffalo to Detroit through Canada, with branches. Early Conrail track charts feature track that no longer sees a train. See track segments included below.

A track chart shows every mile of track in the division with details on profile, curvature, signals, bridges, tunnels and much more. These early Conrail track charts are in the larger 11 x 14 format. This format was a hold-over from Penn Central track charts. Later Conrail went to its own smaller format - but still with the basic Penn Central style. This is one of a large early Conrail and predecessor Penn Central track chart collection RailfanDepot is now offering.
This is an original Conrail Canada Division 1979 Track Chart. This track chart is in very good condition: all pages are intact, as are the back and front covers. A key is included. The picture above is the cover, below is the map of the area covered by this track chart.

Covered in this track chart:
* Main Line (Suspension Bridge to Windsor), * Fort Erie Branch (Fort Erie to Brookfield), * Leamington Branch (Comber to Onionville)

Also all or portions of these lines:
Detroit River Tunnel, Amherstburg Branch, Chippawa Branch, Niagara Branch, Old Fort Erie Branch, Welland Industrial, Welland Tube Lead.

The cover is pictured above, the division map page is below. Many folks are using these to create Trainz or Microsoft Train Simulator routes.

RailfanDepot carries a collection of railroad paper both new and collectible.
