Long Island Rail Road - Railroad - Annual Report 1941
The LIRR was Pennsylvania Railroad controlled at this time

The Sixtieth Annual Report of the Long Island Railroad (note spelling on the cover), for the year ended December, 1941.
The Long Island Rail Road was owned by the Pennsy at this time and this report is issued from the "Office of the Secretary, Broad Street Station Building, Philadelphia". I find the spelling of Railroad on the cover interesting - as far as I know, the LIRR has always used two separate words Rail Road.

21 pages. In good condition. The cover is in good shape, with only a slight blemish - see the cover at right. Oversize at 9 inches by 12 inches. This is a no-frills annual report - as befitting a nation at war (this was submitted in March 1942).   Information includes financial as well as railroad related.

This comes from a non-smoking environment. It will be securely packed and safely shipped.

RailfanDepot carries a collection of railroad paper both new and collectible.
