Here is Conrail's ZTS system broken out by Zone Track and Spot. A Spot is a subset of the Track and each track is a subset of a Zone - this is the master Zone Map book. To explain the difference between the more familiar ZTS track map and the overview ZTS zone map, look at the example below. On top is a Zone Map (taken from the Pittsburgh section of this book) and below is a Track Map. Highlighted in red is the section of each map the covers the same trackage. As you can see the Zone Map is a line map of the entire zone, while the track map is close up of a portion of the zone. This is the master Zone Map book.
This is a very useful set of maps for anyone wanting to understand the overall ZTS system since it shows all zones and towns within each zone. It acts as a contents book for the entire ZTS system: You can look up a town and see what ZTS manual it is in. But, it is also interesting since it is, essentially, a series of line maps for all the switching areas on the railroad.

The example Zone map above is the Indianapolis Union, Zone 35.
The book is organized by divisions: Albany, Dearborn, Harrisburg, Indianapolis, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. In 1989 Conrail pared down from 17 divisions to these 6 divisions. In 1996, Conrail went to 5 divisions. 263 pages, 3-hole punched, in a report cover.
