This railroad is so amazing that it is an International Historic Civil Engineering Landmark, a designation shared with wonders such as the Panama Canal, the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty. Built in only 26 months during the Klondike Gold Rush, it was finished in 1898. 450 tons of explosives carved out a path through the mountains, including two tunnels. In this DVD you get to visit one of the most scenic and incredible railroads in the world. |
