RailfanDepot USA Shipping:

We want to make shipping as uncomplicated as possible at RailfanDepot.

** Standard Shipping: Orders that total $9.98 and under are charged $1.99 s/h. Orders between $9.99 and $14.99 are charged $2.99 s/h. Orders $15 and up will be charged $3.99 s/h.
Standard Shipping means Media Mail or First Class Mail. We will always ship your order the quickest way possible, though which shipping method is used depends on weight and size of the package.

** Priority Shipping: Priority Mail is charged based on total dollar amount of the order and by weight or size of the package. Priority Mail charges will be calculated during checkout. Priority Mail charges begin at $5.00 and go up from there. We use flat rate boxes to save you money whenever possible. Because the Priority Mail automatic shipping calculator can occasionally overcharge, RailfanDepot will refund excessive Priority Mail s/h charges in the rare instances that that happens.

** Overnight Shipping: Overnight Shipping charges are charged based on total dollar amount of the order and by weight or size of the package. Overnight Shipping will either be via USPS Overnight Mail or FedEx, at our discretion. Overnight Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. Because the Overnight Shipping calculator will occasionally overcharge, RailfanDepot will refund excessive Overnight Shipping s/h charges when that happens.

RailfanDepot International Shipping:

International customers have several options at RailfanDepot.
S/H and P/P discounts/promotions do not apply to international customers.

** Option One for Canada, United Kingdom and Australia addresses: You have a shipping calculator that will give you a total at checkout (The "estimated" shipping calculator prior to checkout is for USA addresses only). Because the shipping calculator will occasionally overcharge, RailfanDepot will refund excessive s/h charges when that happens.

** Option Two for Canada, United Kingdom and Australia addresses: Write to Tim@RailfanDepot.com to get an exact quote payable through a PayPal invoice. In this instance, you will get a detailed PayPal invoice with exact postage and an updated total via return e-mail. Pay that invoice and your order will be complete.

** All other countries: You can check out and pay with a credit card or PayPal, but shipping will not be charged to your order. Shipping will be determined and an e-mail sent to you with your s/h options. Choose a s/h option and a PayPal invoice will be sent for the shipping cost. Or write to Tim@RailfanDepot.com to get an exact quote (merchandise and s/h) payable through a PayPal invoice. You will get a detailed PayPal invoice with exact postage and an updated total via return e-mail. Pay that invoice and your order will be complete.
